My question would be what similar situations have transpired around the country and what can you learn from them for your context? It seems like this will certainly require a Third Side effort -- my guess is the Third Side mapping tool could be very helpful tot the Queen Anne Neighbors for Responsible Growth, the Cox family and the QFC grocery.
